Room was ok for the price.
Scanned my credit card and drivers license. Why would they do this? It can't be for thier customers benefit. I will be contacting the appropriate state agencies to file a complaint. Front desk clerk could not explain herself and I knew it was too late by then. Stay way if you want to protect your identity.

First it is hard to find and very hard to get into you have go go behind a waffle house and it is very confusing we had to turn around several time before we were able to find the drive way..Checked in to the room it was very nasty the headboard was broken, the one chair was ripped in the seat, coffee pot was broken. The next morning I went down to get some coffee and they would not let me bring it to the room said I had to drink it in the breakfast area..The India people were very very rude!!!

Only 2 miles from my work place.
I booked and paid for in advance for 4 days. When I got back to the motel on the second night, all of my belongings were gone. For some reason my paid for room was empty. I went to the front desk and they had everything in a closet looking room. All my work clothes were put in a plastic bag and were very wrinkled. I cannot understand why a room that was paid for was emptied. I felt like I had been robbed.

The price was reasonable for a night's stay with no frills.
They only provided two towels with the room and none for the pool. We obtained two extra towels from the front desk though. Their complimentary continental breakfast was almost non-existent. There was a toaster but nothing to toast. The ice machine on upper floor was broken.

The price was very reasonable and the location was good. The rooms were very clean and neat
I didn't like the breakfast. The bathroom toilet seat was broke and you could not take a bath in the tub.

There was one plus.....no bugs or roaches....which I hate. The hotel had bright lights in the parking lot for security and a security guard at night. I liked the cable TV and free internet access.
I was mislead on the two room suite.....the connecting room only had a sleeper sofa in it.....and when I pulled the pillows out of the entertainment cabinet....they were stained or dirty looking. So I did not let me children use them. The ceilings were stained and in one of the bathrooms had poop stains on the wall....it was gross but nevertheless still was not as cleaned as I had hoped. Although the price was great....it definitely did not rank up to the 3.5 star rating that I had hope for. I will definitely find a different hotel to stay at the next time I go back down to Birmingham to visit my relatives.

The room was ok. Good bed, good Internet, clean bathroom. Parking in front of the room.
I just have to complain of a very bad smell in the room. A smell of feet...

The location and the price. The beds were comfortable but one bed was not clean or wasnt made properly beacausethemattress pad was where the top sheet shouldve been. The furniture was nice.
The sink wasnt clean and the carpet had not been vaccumed. I could tell it was in the middle of being remodeled beacause of fresh paint but dont think it was ready to be rented out, I could see places that needed touching up. I used to clean condos on the beach for a living, and that would not have passed an inspection. My husband and I also do remodel work, the paint job was ok till it got to the bathroom area, thats where you could tell it wasnt finished , the door knob still had the tape on it . Also the capetwas worn out by thebathroom to. We stayedin room 108 off the 134 exit I59 near Birmingham.
